i'm super tired now. think i'll go to bed soon. oh...the rabbits names are sam and alex (characters from totally spies =P). maddie said she's clover...the blonde girl who wears red. =P we were supposed to get only one, but we had 3 to choose from. maddie really wanted an all white one, but santi and i preferred one with more color. =P so we ended up with 2. hahaha.

oh...while we were at toys r us, maddie kept on picking out a lot of stuff. i told her to choose between a toy or a rabbit. of course she said rabbit. she's funny though. she showed me something and before i could say anything she said, "you think about it first...ok?" bwahahaha. guess i say that too much. hahaha. i don't like to say no or yes all the time, so instead of saying maybe, i say "i'll think about it." =P

we were supposed to go to festi to get santi's stitches removed, but his surgeon was at a conference. i wanted to see the derma also, but we just stayed home. we took mick to the 8:45pm showing of g.i. joe. Ü it was good. 2 hours of eye candy. =P we dropped mick off at home then we went out with friends. i finally got to taste the churros at churritos. Ü the food was good and the place was nice and quiet. we had the whole thing to ourselves for an hour or something. we went home around 1am, but santi still wanted to drink so we picked up the car and went to another bar for an hour or so. when we got home, we watched the hangover. Ü it was pretty good. i wasn't really planning to watch it, but one of my learner's said it was funny. =P

santi, maddie and i went to festi to get santi's stitches removed while mick was at atc with his friends. =P we took maddie to pixie forest. she had fun riding the mini log ride and playing a few games. we ended up eating at chowking before picking up mick at 4pm. we went to church at 6pm then we went with friends to tagaytay around 9:30pm. it was suuuuuuper windy! i think it was around 77°F...so pretty much like san francisco weather. =P

drago's birthday...and camille's baby shower! Ü we had pizza and turbo chicken for lunch. Ü then i took a nap before going to work. =P when i got to work, the office still smelled because of the fumigation. i had to be blocked off the entire shift and my lessons had to be canceled. i went home after my 1st lesson at 7:30pm was canceled. i went back to smell the place around 11:45pm then i went home for good. i ended up cleaning the room. =P i put all the clothes in the closets. oh yeah...maddie has a new yaya. when i woke up, she was playing baseball with someone outside. good thing she likes her new yaya.

we went to tropical, robinson's supermarket then jolibee since we had the car washed. Ü i bought a lot of facial products since they had a buy 1, take 1 special. Ü i'm a sucker for good deals. =P i went to work thinking i'd only have 3 lessons. i guess i jinxed myself. i ended up with 9.

i cooked tuna spaghetti for lunch. i also watched the latest episode of true blood. =P they always end it with cliffhangers now. =0(

today
we went with santi to tropical. we bought stuff for tacos and spaghetti. =P then we went to the bank and we put gas in the car. Ü as soon as we got home, i cooked tacos then took a nap before going to work.

yay! finally saw the proposal earlier. i watched with jill and margot. thanks guys for the company. Ü then jill and i ate at mexicali. i was gone the whole day today since i needed to go to work to meet the ceo. i got a perfect score for my lesson reports last cycle, so we had pizza and baked mac at the office. =P as soon as we were done, i went straight to atc. Ü santi got home around 5pm. he was able to help mick study for filipino. Ü oh, i got tickets for g.i. joe for friday. santi, mick and i are planning to watch with 3 friends. Ü


yesterday, maddie and i went to the grocery. i promised her tacos when i got paid. =P since it was a holiday today, we got our salary yesterday. she made her first grocery list. Ü on the way to the grocery, she asked about the grocery list. i didn't get the chance to write one, so i asked her to help me. so i told her the word, i spelled it out and she wrote it. she's such a good secretary. after saying a letter, she would repeat it back to me. if i went too fast, she would say "wait. i'm still writing the letter e." i couldn't watch her write since she was sitting at the back and i was driving. but she did quite well for her first shopping list. i think i'll have her write it from now on. Ü then she helped me cook tacos. Ü we also stopped by the sun cellular shop. mick needed a new sim. he lost his phone...again! supposedly, it's somewhere in the house. *sigh* after eating two bowls of taco meat and taco shells, she wanted yakisoba noodles. i told her to relax first. =P i had to do a few things in the room then i went back downstairs to do something else. =P when i saw her, she was sleeping while hugging the book she was reading just 10 minutes before.


oh yeah...maddie made a deal with jill. if she gets a haircut tomorrow, jill will take her to the nail salon to get her nails done. =P wonder if maddie will remember? =P

melo's birthday! Ü maddie, santi and i went to the grocery then to ruins around lunch time. we bought dvds and a game. after, maddie ate spaghetti at tropical. Ü we were supposed to go to mass at 7pm, but the birthday boy was missing. tatay, mama, krissy and chu were the only ones who went.

since margot's nephew is in town, we went to market market so the boys could play lazertag. santi stayed home with maddie. Ü two of mick's friends also went. they played two rounds then we ate at greenwich. they also tried out the bungee jumping trampoline type of thing. =P everyone was at the house for dinner to celebrate melo's birthday since he wasn't around the night before. =P we had pizza and seafood. Ü around 10pm, santi and i went out with friends. we went to a sports bar and grill then went to melo's birthday party at his friend's house. Ü we got home around 4:30am.

nothing much. had to drop of santi at his friend's house so he could get a ride to clark. he left around 6:15pm. then i went straight to work. Ü

today
i needed to deposit something for santi and i needed gas too. so when i woke up, i asked maddie if she wanted to go with me. she said yes. ten minutes later, this was our conversation:

me: get ready please.
maddie: why?
me: i thought you wanted to go with me?
maddie: nevermind. you're only going to the bank. you're not going to buy anything. i just want to go if you're going to buy something.

sheesh! craaaazzzy! =P she went with me though. Ü when we got home, we washed the car. she loves washing the car. =P i think it's because she used to help my dad ever since she started to walk. Ü she had her own sponge and wipe. after we were done, she said she wanted to wash the car every day. =P uhhhmm...i don't think so. Ü

she's sooo sharp...just like mick. she has her own sense of humor too. she loves to make funny faces now when you take pictures of her. she got that from both santi and mick. =P

homeschooling is going ok. we're not really consistent with it. we made a deal. we'll homeschool after she takes her nap in the afternoon. Ü she loves math though. and lately, she loves to complete activities with santi. Ü she's still in the lil' helper stage. she loves to help me when i cook. she always does what i ask her to do (if it's not related to cleaning up her mess =P). her appetite is back. she lost weight when she got sick, but hopefully she'll gain it back soon. she tries to sing the phineas and ferb theme song. Ü she still loves to dance and sing. i need to enroll her in ballet soon. gotta find out about piano lessons too. sooooo many things to do, so little time. =P

oh...she's starting to tame down a bit with julia. she's not so mean anymore. but mick and maddie still fight like cats and dogs. mick's always provoking her which is why she hits him. and whenever he teases her, she make soooo much noise! so i end up getting frustrated and annoyed with mick. i think i need earplugs. =P

which means...it's almost september. again! can't believe maddie's gonna turn 4. it's like she just turned 3 recently. =P and...it's a thursday! which means it's my last working day this week. for some reason, time seems to fly by.

mick didn't go to school. he couldn't because supposedly, if he did, they'd send him home again. if a student has a fever, they should stay home for at least 24 hours. he was feeling a lot better though. =P maddie, on the other hand, slept a lot the whole day.

krissy's birthday! maddie was feeling a lot better so we went to las pinas doctors, krissy's school to switch cars and festival. santi wanted to consult a general surgeon because he had bumps on his arms. he said they're fat deposits. they were starting to annoy him because they seemed to be getting bigger. las pinas doctors was kinda...hmm...dirty and crowded. it was hard to park and it was scary to be in there. lotsa sick people. santi was scheduled to have the bumps removed the following monday, but we decided to check out festival. i thought he'd be able to have it done there, but the general surgeon wasn't there. we ended up eating at tia maria before going home. around 8:30pm, we went to a family ktv for krissy's birthday. everyone had fun singing...even the kids! i had fun eating and watching. =P i tagged some of the pics on facebook. i didn't bring a camera, but jill did. Ü she uploaded some of the pics on her blog.

since mick's cough started to sound bad the day before, i took him to festival to get a check up. we went to the pedia and ent since his nose bled 3 times in one week. he had an upper respiratory tract infection and slight asthma. so the pedia prescribed anti-asthma nebulizer medicine, tablets for his asthma and antibiotics. and since we were at festi, i got his eyeglasses repaired. someone sat on it so the lens popped out. =P good thing i bought him flexible frames even if it cost a lot. Ü since we were at the optical store, i had his eyes checked also. he has been complaining lately about his eyes hurting and headaches. turns out, his eyes got worse. he dropped down another grade. =0( so i had to get his lenses replaced. so i was pretty much broke by the end of the day because of his meds and lenses. =0(

since santi was home, we decided to go back to festi to see the general surgeon. mick didn't have school because of the sona. while waiting for the general surgeon though, maddie spilled milo all over herself. of course i didn't have extra clothes. i think i did, but in the car. so i went a few stores down and got her a dress. =P of course it was pink since she was wearing her pink crocklings. =P the general surgeon booked the surgery for wednesday at asia med.

woke up early so i could meet ness at market market. he left for hong kong early today. he'll be there for a few days then he'll go back to the u.s. for good. thanks for lunch ness! i went around market market to help him with his pasalubongs. =P i also saw a few things i wanted to check out closer. Ü good thing i'm going back this weekend with mick, margot and her nephew. they wanna play lazer tag. Ü it took me an hour to get to market market, but only 30 minutes to get home.

went to asian with santi and maddie. santi's surgery was scheduled for 2pm. maddie and i went to the derma while waiting for him. we got home around 5pm already. i wasn't able to take pics at the hospital. =0( santi said the surgery was ok. he saw them stitch his arms. =P he also saw the fat deposit. too bad i had the camera. he wanted to take a pic of what they extracted. =P then, during my lunch period, 11pm-1am, i met him at a bar near the office. he went with his pal friends, but we bumped into a lot of people from bf also. =P i ate then went back to work.

the kids have a fever. =0( maddie took a nap around 1:30pm and when she woke up, she was warm. then we received a call from mick's school. he was at the clinic with a fever and needed to be picked up. =0( grrrr!!! they were sick already 2-3 weeks ago. found out that baby julia threw up twice today and has a bad cough. *sigh*

the kids and i watched harry potter 6 at 6:45pm while santi watched at 7:15pm at clark. =P maddie kept on asking if we could go home already and santi texted saying it was boring. oh...i bought a few things also. i got myself a pair of giordano jeans since they were half off. nothing interesting

it has been raining non-stop since yesterday morning. good thing it wasn't flooded when i left for work. i left really early since i didn't know how bad the traffic would be. mick's classes were suspended starting yesterday around noon and today. i wanna watch harry potter with them, but the rain is stopping us. i'm scared concha cruz is flooded. hopefully it stops raining before 11am so we can go. =P

earlier, the kids and i were on the bed just talking. this is what i heard...

mick (talking to maddie): if you like math so much, how come you can't tell time?
me: maddie, what time is it?
maddie: (little hand on 9 and big hand on 12) 9 o'clock
me (talking to mick): oooohhhhhhhh...in your face!
mick: no...it's 8:55 (looking at his digital watch)
me: you're cheating. she used a regular watch. yours is digital. =P

maddie: mick, you're always kidding.
mick: do you know what kidding means?
maddie: kidding means joking. everybody knows that.
me (talking to mick): bwahahaaha....in your face again! =P yeah mick. everybody knows that. =P

my cough was very bad that day. so bad that i couldn't wait for mama to arrive in the afternoon. santi and i went to festival so i could see a doctor. they have a medicard office there. i heard it's faster than going to the hospital and it was. i had an upper respiratory tract infection. the doctor gave me some antibiotics and antibacterial medicine. santi wanted to check out a village along daang hari, so we passed by before going home. my cough was so bad that i wasn't able to sleep that night. =0(

i was supposed to go to work, but since i didn't sleep well, i didn't. i was up most of the day because of my cough. around lunch time, we went to town. mick and i wanted to eat while santi wanted to watch hannah montana with maddie. i was too weak to walk around, so i told him i'd sleep while they watched the movie. =P mick and i enjoyed the movie. Ü we kept on laughing. maddie fell asleep. =P after, we ate at chicken bacolod for mama's advanced birthday dinner. Ü

happy birthday, mama! Ü we went to sonya's garden with mama and jill. mama took her cousin and her cousin's family there. i was in the mood for salad, so we tagged along. maddie had a lot of pasta. Ü on the way home, i was super sleepy. i took a short nap after days of not sleeping well. i didn't go to work again because i still felt a bit weak.

a french holiday. Ü so i didn't have work. didn't do much yesterday. i washed mick's uniform shirt and some of my stuff. i think that was it. i tried to sleep as much as possible.

today
we watched 30 days of night. santi didn't leave for clark til 7pm. we just watched tv and used the pc the whole day. i'll upload pics tomorrow. i know i took some of maddie a few days ago. Ü

i didn't do anything yesterday. when i woke up, i felt weak so i didn't buy groceries. i tried to rest and take naps before work. when i woke up to get ready, i knew i couldn't go to work. my first SL. =0( i was soooo aiming for perfect attendance. grrrr!!!! but i knew that if i went to work, i'd have chills like i did on tuesday. towards the end of my shift, it was extremely difficult to work. so i emailed my tm and told him i wouldn't be in. i was surprised to see a few emails from my learners telling me to get well soon. Ü last night was difficult. i kept on coughing and had a bad migraine. my migraine's gone now, but sometimes i feel really cold and sometimes i feel really hot. it was like that the whole day today. i was supposed to pick up santi near the airport because he took the bus from clark, but i was too weak. he took an fx instead and maddie and jill picked him up at mcdo sucat. thanks jill! Ü i hope i'll be able to sleep tonight.

so...i haven't posted anything because we haven't really done anything. =P saturday night, santi and i went to friend's birthday party in the village. end of story. Ü oh...i went to different banks on monday with santi so he could add me to his accounts. he wants me to do some wire transfers while he's in clark and it's annoying since i don't have access to the accounts. i dropped him off at sucat monday night then went straight to work. i got sick tuesday. i had chills at work and probably a high fever. not sure why i stayed. =P i should've gone home. anyways, i'm ok now. i asked to be blocked off earlier. i have a slight cough and sore throat. hopefully it goes away soon. Ü thanks jill and krissy for taking maddie to the mall with you guys. i don't want her around me since i don't want her to get sick again. =P oh...they also stopped by baby julia's house. Ü maddie had fun painting and making a mess i bet. ;0) i'll probably take her grocery shopping when i wake up later. she wants tacos. =P ok...i'm going to bed now. night!

we visited santi at clark yesterday. right after work, i went home, washed my face, changed my clothes and woke up the kids. Ü we left the house around 4:15am. it only took me 30 minutes to reach nlex then 1 hour from the start of nlex all the way to clark. not bad. ;0) i love driving as fast as i did in the u.s. and i love roads like the u.s....free of pot holes. =P anyways, we got to santi around 5:45am. he was surprised that we were there. =P we went to jolibee for breakfast then went back to the barracks. i took a nap til 11am then we ate lunch at zapatas, had frozen yogurt at cold spoon then watched ice age 3 at sm. Ü the food was great! santi looooved the fajitas also. he even asked the waitress about the seasoning. =P when we got back to the barracks, i took a nap again. around 4pm, santi's pal friend passed by. we were supposed to sleep at a hotel and have dinner with him and his wife, but mick wasn't feeling well. he had a slight fever. we decided to leave clark before 8:30pm. we wanted to eat at taco bell. =P unfortunately, we didn't make it. we reached trinoma around 10pm. =0( so we decided to drive all the way home. we stopped by charbroiled burger before going home. i ended up falling asleep by 1:30am. =P





today, i had to stop by festival mall to get mick's glasses repaired and to pick up contacts. ;0) then i passed by atc to buy a gift for a baptism. as soon as i got home, i changed my clothes then santi and i went to conti's for the reception. tonight, it's santi's friend's birthday party. another busy day. =P

now it's time to greet the most beautiful preggy person i know...happy birthday, sis! i can't wait to see baby jackson. Ü have fun today! if you need someone to talk to, i'm always here. ;)

maddie's feeling a lot better. her appetite's back, thank goodness. she gained a lot before she got sick just to lose it all again. =0( she just has a cough now, but it's not as frequent as a couple of days ago. santi had to buy her a nebulizer machine last friday. it helped a lot. Ü i'll try to take pics of her tomorrow. =P oh...my grandma passed by earlier to give maddie oreos. =P hopefully she'll gain back the weight she lost. Ü

i got addicted to restaurant city on facebook. =P i couldn't stop playing the whole day. Ü santi, mick and i finally watched transformers. Ü santi fell asleep. don't know how, but he did. whatta weirdo. =P

maddie didn't have a fever and she seemed ok, so i took her to the mall with me. i had to buy something for joey's birthday and a few things from national. i ended up getting santi a new phone for father's day. =P he needed a dual sim phone since he's always forgetting or losing the sun phone. as soon as we got home, we gave santi the phone. =P after a couple of hours, drago, margot and julia arrived. we all had dinner at chi's. we didn't do anything. we went to church at 6pm then went home. whenever maddie ate, 30 minute later, she'd throw it up. =0( she kept on waking up cause of her cough. i ended up buying vicks at 7-11 at 1:30am. every time i found myself ready to sleep, she would wake me up. we both didn't sleep much that night.

maddie had a fever when she woke up. =0( it didn't stop her from opening the boxes that arrived. =P she loves it when my parents send boxes. she knows there's lotsa stuff inside for her. Ü

today
we took maddie to get a blood test around 2pm. then we went to the pedia. she has a slight bacterial infection so i had to get her more antibiotics. i also had to get cough syrup. before i left for work, i tried to give her antibiotics, but she didn't like the new flavor (fruit punch). she only drinks strawberry syrup. after we went to mercury drug, we went to the grocery. she wanted tacos. Ü i cooked tacos for her and tocino for santi. he had to go back to clark. =0(

poor baby has bronchitis. she had a slight fever on monday, but now, her fever comes and goes and is pretty high. she doesn't wanna take her medicine. =0( i had to call the house a few times to convince her to take her medicine. none of my bribes worked. i told mama to just force her if she really won't drink it. =P hopefully it went well. no one called or sent a text after. Ü i had plans to take her to atc tomorrow and to the grocery. i hope she feels better soon. oh yeah...she went to the pedia with mama and jill earlier. she's 16 kilos. Ü last time we went, she was around 25 pounds i think?

oh...no homework again for mick. actually...he has two. =P but he needs a pc to research...and it's not due til next week. i'll sit down with him while he "researches." =P

hahaha. still baby julia even if she's 2. =P happy birthday joey! i'll give you your present on friday. Ü i still need to buy it. =P

mick likes dlsz. i think he likes his canteen more. =P he had homework yesterday so i helped him with most of it. Ü plus, he needed the pc to research so of course i had to monitor him. =P

as for the little girl, she's not feeling well. she had a high fever last night. =0( when i'm with her, she seems to be ok. sometimes she has a low fever, sometimes she doesn't. i hope it goes away soon.

oh...i was late for work today...for the first time. there goes my perfect attendance. =0( i usually get to work 15-20 minutes before 7pm. i left the house around 6:25pm, but i didn't get to work til 7:20pm. it was suuuuper traffic! found it there was an accident. someone on the 5pm-2am shift was late also meaning it was traffic ever since 4pm maybe. grrrr!!!! i missed one lesson. =0( my first NST (no show teacher). grrrrr!!!!! good thing my co-worker brought me a piece of chocolate cake. yummy! thanks may! Ü

he went to school not knowing where his classroom was. i think margot met him to show him where it was. =P thanks margot! he took the school bus with regina, the girl who lives across the street. Ü i'm happy about that since i don't have to wake up. he woke me up a few times before he left though. i think his nose was bleeding for a while so he kept on getting up to wash his face. i also heard his alarm at 5:30am. told him to brush his teeth and eat breakfast before putting on his uniform. =P after that, i have no clue what happened. guess it was my deep sleep phase. =P i woke up around noon then immediately called maddie to take her a bath. then i took a bath after. we dropped off krissy to work then went to margot's house. maddie stayed with julia while i went to dlsz to get mick's name patches and settle his summer baseball account. =P then i had a jamaican patty at the canteen before getting maddie. we played with julia for 30 minutes or so before we went to krissy's school again. we hung out there for 30 minutes i think? =P we went to the bank before going home.

around 3:45pm, mick called to ask where he was supposed to meet the bus. i had no clue. i told him to ask the guard. =P i started to get worried when he wasn't home by 5pm. was scared he took the wrong bus. i couldn't contact him cause his phone was off. so i called margot's house to check if he was there. drago said he'd look around zobel. =P by the time drago called, mick arrived. he got home around 5:30pm. supposedly, they have to wait for the high school people also. so now i'm trying to find another option. 5:30pm is too late. he gets out at 3:30pm. if he went straight home, he'd be home by 4pm. i have to leave for work around 6:15-6:30pm. so i won't have time to help him with his homework if he gets home by 5:30pm. *sigh*

anyways, mick said he had fun. one of the boys from the village is in the same section as mick. i think his favorite part of dlsz is the canteen. =P now he wants allowance instead of baon. grrrr. told him to ask his dad. =P he said his teachers are nice and all the computers are macs. =P

maddie and i did a lot that day. =P we had a kiddie party to attend at 3pm. i went to the store around 2pm then got gas. then i went home to drop off the present and pick up maddie. we went to atc and met with santi's pal friend's wife, mira. we went to aav to check out shoes that are sold on a multiply site. maddie needed to be there since she had to try on the shoes. =P i got her a pair of black flats. =P the only size left was too big, but at least she'll get to wear it longer. =P mira got iya a pair of gold gladiator sandals. Ü after, we went back to atc. i had to pick up my ayala card then we went to national to check if my card was ready. =P it wasn't. we looked at some stuff at national then went home. we were supposed to pick up santi, but he was at the party already. so i parked the car at home then we walked to the party. perfect timing since the clowns were still there. maddie also got a painting of ariel on her arm. Ü we stayed at the party for a few hours then walked home. around 11pm, santi and i went back. we went home around 4:30am. =P when i checked mick's room, the kids were sleeping next to each other again. Ü they looked soooo cute!

slept in. even maddie was tired. she woke up around 10am. =P i woke up around noon i think. michelle ordered bbq and spaghetti for lunch. thanks michelle! Ü i was soooo full! i ended up playing diner dash before taking a nap. =P maddie had fun playing with julia. you can check out jill's site for pics. Ü

santi and maddie dropped me off at work around 7:15am. i had a team building at antipolo. the van left the office at 7:30am. it was ok. the food was good and the place was nice. i didn't know we could do whatever we wanted after lunch. =P no wonder they gave us a 3 hour lunch. i ended up playing bingo and not winning anything. i should've gotten a massage. =0( by the time we checked out the spa, we thought we only had 30 minutes (we thought we had to be back by 3pm). so we ended up getting a foot spa. =P when we finished, we found out we weren't leaving til 5pm. =P grrr...oh well. i ended up eating fried wontons while they raffled prizes. =P instead of leaving at 5pm like the eastwood bus, we left around 6:30pm. our driver had to drop people off. good thing he drives fast. we got to the office by 7:30pm. =P melo picked me up then we went to phase 1 to get mick's uniform pants that had to be altered. i was soooo tired by 10pm that i went to sleep and woke up around noon today. =P
